“Dream Map #3,” chalk on blackboard, 72″ x 54″, 2013
A recurring dream I have is of feeling the vibration my mobile phone. It’s dark and I can’t tell where it’s coming from. It seems to be somewhere on my body, in my pants perhaps, but I can’t find it anywhere. The abandoned car appears in the nightmares of Lt. Col. Brendan Brian, drone operator deployed in Afghanistan.
This sketch is part of my ongoing project, Black Mirror.
